All estate gifts support the Sisters of Notre Dame of the United States. You may indicate which regional area inspired your bequest if you choose.

"I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] to THE SISTERS OF NOTRE DAME for their unrestricted use and charitable purpose."
